Another easy conversion with a high quality Hejnar - plate from Manfrotto to Arca-Swiss compatibility.
This one is a bit more complicated than the Manfrotto 393 conversion. Be careful when removing the mounting platform not to drop the small washers on the hex screws. This is a good opportunity to re-lubricate the worm gears in the head.

Be sure to order a clamp with a long knob for clearance.
Final result is a strong, stable platform now compatible with my other mounting hardware.
